Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I wanted to long term save money since I eat gluten free and got this machine. I was hoping I would follow a recipe put it in the machine and with the gluten free setting get a nice bread. NO . NOT THE CASE. now reading the reviews the people that rave about it all have made adjustments to recipes, added things, and "played" around with the mixes. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. it should be like a regular bread making maker. you put in exact ingredients and it comes out. I am not a baker and I do not have time to play and waste ingredients and food. this is going back. waste of time and money unless you have lots of that
