I have had three of these and all have had the same failure. The seam between the arm bladder and the seat bladder fail. The first two lasted two years, and for a low priced item this was within my tolerance for a low priced item, but the last one did not even make it through this season. I called Intex and I was informed that there was no warranty and they would neither replace the item or refund the purchase price. and as we all know trying to get Amazon to respond to problems outside the thirty day window is not worth the purchase price of the item. So I will comfort myself by warning off any prospective. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless intex will start standing behind their product.
