Purchased this with hopes of heat relief at night. Out of the box, it felt cool to the touch. And feels cool when you first lay down. But in the night, my husband and I wake very hot. It feels as if we are on a heating pad! Ready to pitch the expensive thing,I sent an email to the company contact link on their website. I got NO response. Unexcuseable in my opinion. So, I called the 800 number on the company website. A lady told me it was only a 30 day warranty, and basically nothing she could do to help. She did suggest I launder it "to release the heat". I thought oh, brother. But, per her instructions, I washed it on warm/cold and dried it on cool/delicate. Next I shook it and hung it in a doorway for a few hours to adjust to room temp. I must also add that our ac thermostat is always set at 70. Next I TRIED to put it on the bed. Altho it fit nicely before, it had shrunk several inches! I LITERALLY pulled a muscle in my neck trying to put it on. Also, I noticed threads in the middle of the quilting that had come undone. Sleeping on it, was absolutely no different. In fact my cats race for my WARM spot when I get up! So, I sent another email to the company, and guess what? No response! I told them I will leave unfavorable reviews wherever I can find to do it.
