This is a very well made, and very cute suitcase. However, because the dimensions are incorrectly listed, this is NOT acceptable as a carry-on. Buyer beware that the dimensions shown are for only the interior of the suitcase, not the outside dimensions, which make this a 23.5 inch tall suitcase. If you're looking at this for a carry-on, as I did, you are going to be in for a shock when you arrive at the airport and have to check this bag. Why on earth luggage companies do not count the wheels as part of the dimensions when they know airlines DO is beyond my comprehension. There is no way I would have spent this much on a cute case for my daughter to carry to grandmas or sleepovers - the purpose was to fly, and CORRECT dimensions of this suitcase should be provided. Also, the depth dimensions are incorrectly listed as well - it's not 8 inches, it's a solid 9 inches, probably a smidge more, and that's without the expansion unzipped. If you're looking for a well-made small suitcase to do anything in BUT fly, this is a great one, but as a carry-on for a flight - - - look elsewhere.
