I have been making Kefir for the last few years and love it so when I forget my kefir grains at home when I went south for the winter I ordered these ones. I received a small package with three dehydrated grains and some powdered milk. With only three grains I will be working for a month to get up to full production. Come on! Three grains for 17.99? As they have been dehydrated and are not fresh the time for reactivation adds to the length of time it will take before I can be enjoying my kefir again. How about sending 5,6 or wow, ten grains so the process doesn't take forever.
