Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I had ordered this exact item back in 2018 and it was legitimate. I clicked on the link to this item from my past orders, and even at the top of the page it had told me that I had "purchased this item on ____ 2018." So I bought them again on March 6, 2019. They shipping envelope that they came in was undamaged, yet the toothbrush head package itself was already opened. On top of that, the items themselves were an OBVIOUSLY cheaper quality and most likely an illegitimate knockoff. I attached three pictures to this review, the first was the original legitimate item, the second was the knockoff, and the third was the opened container that it arrived in. I hope somebody from Philips discovers that this is an ongoing problem, because I see from the reviews that I am far from the first to have this happen.
