I bought this mattress and it arrived 12 days later, even though it was Amazon Prime. About six weeks later I noticed that my side of the bed had become much softer than the rest of the bed. Just the area where I sleep. My wife's side was fine and so was the area between us. I am a 170 pound man so this shouldn't really be happening at the six week point. It was not sagging, just so much softer than the rest of the bed that you sink down into it, like a hole. Amazon has a 60 day return policy on this mattress but the time starts when you purchase it, not when you receive it. Time had expired the day before we started to contact Amazon or the manufacturer. Amazon did provide a link to contact Molblly. I sent them a message and it took five days to respond. After them asking for pictures and sending them Molblly offered me $40 in compensation. I just paid $548 for this bed two months ago. I told them that they need to replace or completely refund me. They responded with $80 in compensation. After responding that they need to refund or replace, they responded that they will refund if I send the mattress back to their warehouse across the country at my expense. I cannot do business with or recommend Molblly again when they offer a defective product and can't stand behind it.
