I really love this monitor. I have been using a VX2770 for many years now and this one is very similar. The only thing is the backlight bleed is HORRIBLE. All four corners. It's so noticeable it's impossible to ignore. I decided to exchange it to try to get a unit without backlight bleed. Another reviewer stated he exchanged five times to get a good monitor. Update 12/13/2018: Recv'd my first replacement from Amazon - this unit is completely broken. Oddly is has no backlight bleed, but it looks like someone stabbed the monitor with a screwdriver or dropped it onto a point. The entire screen is unworking/damaged. Third time is a charm I hope? 12/18/2018 Update: Received my THIRD monitor...and while not broken - it has significant backlight bleed that is not fixable. At this point I realize this unit is not a good choice if you ever plan to have dark backgrounds (photo or video editing, games etc) The only redeeming thing in this whole process was Amazon's ease of exchange and return policy...even though a rep misinformed me, Amazon took care of me with credits. I just wish I had a properly working monitor. Will likely return this one.
