I've had this TV for a few days now, and I don't have any complaints with it. I also have a 65 inch Sony Bravia, and I prefer the Samsung for a number of reasons. First and foremost, using bluetooth to listen to the TV through wireless headphones is a priority for me. This isn't possible with the Sony model I have, whereas the Samsung seamlessly connects to most of the headphones I own. The picture is magnificent, and the interface is easy to operate. There are 4 different picture settings, and it's important to adjust them based on what you are watching. Sports and movies look quite different in each of the modes. The remote is very basic and straightforward, and is the opposite of the Sony remote. It was easy to pair this TV with my DirecTV remote, so I have more flexibility in controlling the TV that way. The TV was also easy to unpack and mount. Overall, I don't have any complaints with this TV. At the price I paid for it, it's a bargain. UPDATE-- After 3 months, a software update has completely screwed up my entire viewing experience. The bluetooth volume is now barely audible. I've tried every trouble shooting step possible myself before contacting Samsung. Customer support has been ATROCIOUS. I've been disconnected from one rep who failed to call back, treated rudely by another--nothing they've tried has been of any help. Really disappointed in Samsung. Will not purchase again.
