Sadly, I must update this review to reflect the fact that these stilts broke within 2 months of regular use, and it was one of the foot safety straps that broke off when I wasn't even in the middle of a trick (thankfully). Although I am well below the weight limit, I frequently hit the ground while jumping with them, which made me nervous about hurting myself. The business is also not run well -- I emailed the website through their contact page and left 2 voicemails for them, letting them know that the stilts broke and asking about a possible refund or exchange (because they claim a 1-year guarantee on the stilts). It has now been a month since my last attempt, and I have received NO RESPONSE. I now have stilts I spent about $350 for, broken and sitting in my trunk. The business is willing to respond to comments on here, apparently, but they are not willing to provide real customer service. I would like a call back, now that it has been a month, and I would like the opportunity to return the stilts for a refund, as any customer dissatisfied with a product would.
