I used the coffee pot for 5 weeks and it was great. Hot coffee for as long as I wanted. Then the handle started leaking hot coffee all over the counter. I reached out to the company with a video and got no response. I emailed a 2nd time without response in a timely manor. I attempted to contact eruo cuisine and got a tech that wanted to charge me $5 to talk to him. I don't think a technician can fix this.
