The product itself is great, works exactly as advertised! I actually bought one for both knees based on my Dr. recommendation. (It was either a brace or a 4th knee surgery). There are 2 problems: 1 is with the quality of the hinges that have rusted and are starting to break through the plastic. The 2nd problem is REALLY FRUSTRATING. I can't get hold of anyone at the company in order to have it replaced because it has a 6 month warranty. Good luck trying to get in touch with ANYONE at all that can help you. I tried DonJoy which was no help because it was ordered here. Filled from Amazon, and there isn't anyone that you can connect with in order to get this resolved. Terrible customer support!
