I have ordered 5lb extra fine. Very excitedly I cooked food with this salt, all the other ingredients are the regular ones only salt was new, food felt very sandy while eating. Later I put a teaspoon of this salt in a bowl of water and it did not dissolve completely. Even after two hours I could still see the salt at the bottom of the bowl and I kept mixing it once in a while thinking it might dissolve completely but it did not. Not sure if this is natural deposits or actual sand but very disappointed. Planning to return it, hopefully the return would be a simple process. I feel unfortunate that I ended up with this bag, when so many people are all praises for this salt. Hopefully it is a bad bag, but not bad salt altogether. The picture is taken after 2 hours the salt was put in water.
