Thought these shoes would be the perfect answer for a trip that included cities, hiking and a few river crossings. Wore them for about 15 days on a three week trip and was happy until the stitching started unraveling in four different locations. I called Amazon as the 30 return period was over by two weeks. The Amazon rep contacted Keen, but they said they would only provide a credit to be used at Keen (not Amazon) and the prices were much higher. Amazon would have exchanged them but did not have the item in my size. Amazon agreed to refund my purchase price (go Amazon!). Shoes should not start falling apart after 15 days!
