Meh, don’t buy if you’re more than 20 lbs
I’m an old lady who just started up skateboarding again to teach my son the sport. In honor of not having been on a board in the last 20 years I decided I needed to gear up for the occasion. I am 5’6” and roughly 130lbs.
-these do not fit snug, they are just straps that go around, whereas some of the more durable pads first have to be pulled up like a sleeve and then velro has to be tightened for a snug fit. In the event I ever fall I know for sure these will slide out of place leaving me with nasty road rash. I kept this set only for the wrist gaurds and dont bother with the rest. I will find something more along the lines of the protec that I got for my son because I put those on and feel way more protected.
