Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I traded in my Kindle Fire 7 (5th Generation) tablet for this Fire HD 8 tablet. After loading in all the apps from Amazon’s cloud, I discovered that half my apps had disappeared! To be more precise, all of the apps I got from the now defunct Amazon Underground is now GONE! Of the apps I did have, all of the game apps saved none of my progress. I now will have to start from scratch. This tablet also did not recognize my SD card from my old Kindle Fire 7 tablet. I had to reformat it in order for this tablet to read it. So all the data that was on that SD card was erased. This tablet will not let you change Alexa’s wake word as well. For all of these reasons, I am returning this tablet and will get a Google tablet. I will have to start over with the new tablet, but what choice do I have?
