Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

As a Mac user, I was previously very happy with the sync'ing software. Yes, it needed improvement, but I had adapted my workflow to it. Without any notice, Amazon pulled the windows sync and mac sync clients, and put up a page saying "check back soon", then very soon afterwards, the mac sync client stopped, you know, syncing. Months later, this turdblossom appears, and for windows only. OK, I thought, I can script something... except that the *new* software lacks the sync functions of the old. Now we know two things about Amazon software developers: 1. They don't seem to understand that people who like a software that automatically uploads pictures from their phone, want software that automatically downloads pictures to their PC. 2. They can't create a UI (I'm looking at you Amazon Music App, too). The web interface blows on cloud drive, and there is no alternative. Google gets it with Drive, yet I don't pay them. Amazon doesn't get it, and I paid for cloud drive, in addition to Prime. Read your reviews Amazon, and fix this.
