Knock off/Dupe?
As soon as I opened the Brow Whiz pencil the actual makeup fell out, broke in half, hit the floor, half rolled under our fridge, and the other half won’t stay in the actual pencil.
I’ve used this particular product for 5+ years. When I got this order in from Amazon I’m 99.9% sure it’s either a knock off or it’s an old dried up product that’s been sitting in storege for a few years.
On top of the issue that it doesn’t stay in the pencil; it’s dry, brittle, and applies unevenly. I don’t even understand what I’ve received. It’s definitely not the product that I know, love, and am very familiar with.
