Well, where do I begin? Great idea, bad design. It was supposed to save me time and effort. Nope! Not only do I have to clean the rollers and wheels out each time after it runs, I have to vacuum the carpet with my regular vacuum cleaner, due to the massive and many clumps of dog hair that is can’t vacuum up. I’ve had to replace the rubber roller brushes four time in the past few months. It is okay, at best, on my floors. But, carpet with dog hair, it is a complete waste of money. (See pics). I really wanted to give it a good review. I really wanted to not have to work so hard to keep my house clean. The mapping is cool. The base unit with the bag/canister is great! That’s about it. Now, I’ll try to sell it for a fraction of what I paid for it and hire a maid service.
