When I got this product it worked the first time I turned it on. It was loud, but it was perfect cuz my daughter likes loud stuff like that and I was super excited to have it since she always likes to be moving or having stuff that vibrates. Next time I turned it on it made a high pitched squealing noise and did not vibrate. I turned it on and off several times and it kept doing the same thing. I sent it back to the company for refund and they charged me a 20% restock fee because they couldn't resell it because it had "stains and animal product" on it. It wasnt out of the package long enough to get any stains on it and the animal product they were referring to was 5 dog hairs. It was broken anyway when I returned it, HENCE WHY I RETURNED IT, but they said it was fine when they got it. NO IT WAS NOT. This leads me to believe they are reselling their broken products since I've seen ALOT of reviews saying they receive the items broken or they break shortly thereafter. So now I'm out money because this company sent me a broke product and claimed it's my fault because of imaginary stains. Do not buy this product, their customer service is horrible and the product is junk
