The terry cloth top was a little bit of an odd choice, but so far it seems fine. No immediate quality issues. Update: My toddler likes to sleep with a blanket on, even when it is warm. Therefore he sweats a lot while sleeping. I went to wash his sheets and found mold in the terry cloth under the pillow area. Not a good quality for an item trying to help reduce allergens. I regret not realizing that this cover had a terry cloth surface before purchasing.
