I bought this for our pup thinking it would be a great solution to muddy paws or excessive rock salt. Our puppy actually was quite patient and didn't mind using it. After about one month and perhaps 10 uses, the bristles are falling out in clumps. We haven't abused it or done anything unusual with it, so I'm extremely disappointed that this has been a waste of money. I wanted to contact the seller or ask for a refund because we were enjoying the plunger before it started falling apart, but apparently my window for contact or refunds has closed. Into the garbage it will go...
