So I'm a fashion nightmare - aka, a busty short girl. If it wasn't already hard enough for me to find clothes that I like and are flattering, bras are even worse. I've been so embarrassed that I actually hated my breasts for YEARS (lots of crying, lots of research on breast reduction surgery) just because of their size, and how they make me look like a freaking walking pair of boobs. This is literally the first time in my life that I have bought a bra and didn't regret it. Lemme tell you why: - they minimize their appearance without making them look squished or odd shaped - while yes, they are wired, the support makes them look AMAZING. I literally looked in the mirror and went "daaayum girl" - they're friggin adorable and come in my favorite colors. No granny-looking bras here. - the material is actually breathable! I was a little skeptical when they came in because the material felt more like lingerie bras than the ones meant for support. It's a thinner material, but it's comfortable and doesn't feel like my boobs are "in the way" because of the bra. - No unsightly back-fat. It's smooth, baby. - the price. Listen, I've been to Soma for years, bought the $60 for one holy grail of a bra, but they never last and the material didn't feel any different than it does from a bra bought on Target. $40 for 3!? Sign me up. As they say, finding the right size bra makes all the difference... while I totally agree, it's the material and fit that counts. Everyone's breasts are different, so not everyone is going to like these, but I'm just super happy with these and I hope some people find this review to be helpful. **Update Oct 2019: Dang, 134 people found this helpful?! Well good news, I still come back for these, but not often only cuz I don’t need to. I’ll admit, these come with a few issues, if you aren’t careful and with a little trial and error: - Order a cup size up and see if they fit better. I went for a DDD cup to see if there was a difference, and it somehow felt even better. - Beware of the white bra. I’ve bought this set 2-3 times since discovering this brand and I think the white bra was made with different material. It does eventually shred and I have no clue why. I’ll still wear it if it has a few tears, but maybe as my weekend at home bra. But once it looks like a wolverine had its way with it, I toss it out. Still stand by 2/3 bras for the price of usually 1 bra, that’s pretty damn good. I honestly wish they’d just make the third bra into a bralette or sports bra. June 12 2020 - Never again. Not sure what happened here. Bought new ones, granted, a cup size larger than I usually would wear, but the straps felt super cheap, and nothing like what they do at a size DD. Wore the white one once, strap just snapped right off. Oh well...
