Beware the hard iron bar extra insert wights
Warning, this product is NOT all soft weights. Only the sewn in minimum weights are soft bean type weights. The additional slip in weights that go in the pockets are hard iron bars. There is not enough padding behind the bars to prevent bruises if the weight belt moves at all during use.
