Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

OK, so I admit that I will usually spend more time on the negative reviews than the 5 stars before I decide to get something. But seriously, this movie is good enough, that I'm going to leave a 1 star, in the hopes that those looking for negative reviews will see this and realize that there shouldn't be any negative reviews on this movie. Seriously, you are getting a funny and engaging movie that will have you laughing the whole way through. We watched this movie the other night on a whim, and WTF over; from the 9 year old, through the 2 teenagers, to Mom and Dad, we were all laughing and having a great time with this movie. It starts a little slow in setting up the premise and introducing you to the characters . . . but once they drop into Jumanji; it's GAME ON !! OK, I'll admit, I got a little of a man crush on the Rock, and watching him, and Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan (raar raar, me likey) all playing off of each other and such was classic, and just a lot of good family fun. I'm sorry for tricking you into thinking that I was going to give a negative review; but really, you will have a lot of fun with this movie, no matter your age and whether you really liked the original (it takes nothing away from the original Robin Williams version; it's a different movie based on the same premise of a Jumanji board game . . . with a twist). We have now watched this movie 3 times in 4 days . . . that's how much fun we have watching this movie. I mean really, when the kids will stop playing their video games to watch a movie with Mom and Dad . . . it's got to be entertaining.
