I can't say enough how disappointed I am with these lighting fixtures. The reason why I am so disappointed is because when I first got these lights I was extremely impressed with them. I liked them so much that I ended up buying 7 of them. I put them all around the house and they looked great. I was really impressed with how much light they projected and how sensitive the movement sensor was. But what was really more important to me, was that they work with batteries, there is no need to run wires and I thought I was going to be saving money on the electric bill. That was my thought process and the whole thought behind it. Just save money on electricity. The problem that I am having now is that as soon the temperature outside hits below 40° Fahrenheit, they start to flicker and then they stay lit all night. The batteries get depleted really fast like this. It 's very frustrating. It is not one or two that are defective, it's all of them. The circuitry inside has a very obvious problem and that problem is that these lighting fixtures are not made to stand cold temperatures. They work well in the summer but they are not good in the winter. Don't buy them if you live in a cold region, or you are going to have the same problem that I am having.
