They were tied up in the box. Became tangled as soon as I took them out. Detangled the mess. Picked them up to bring to stairs to hang and they were already in another tangled mess. Been working a couple hours to detangle but it keeps getting worse and worse. Really needed these to work because I have a senior dog who has trouble seeing on stairs and my last set of lights recently died. These are horrible. I can't say how the remote or any features are because I can't get them untangled!
