I can't believe how difficult this product is to clean. They should have made the entire piece removable, but there is literally no effective way to clean this product. The first broken k-cup happened on the 2nd day of owning it, and it was super frustrating and time-consuming to clean. The photos are from the 2nd broken k-cup, and this is where I gave up. I am returning this product.
