Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Ordered an 8-oz bag and found it to be underweight so I contacted the manufacturer (with the weight of the bag it's about a full ounce short). No response, so I got a replacement from Amazon. Same problem with the second bag, down to a hundredth of an ounce, same shortage. Contacted the manufacturer again, and again, no response, so it must be a scam and they're hoping no one will notice they're getting cheated on every bag. (the bag in the photo is on a calibrated legal-for-trade scale and is unopened.)
