This mosquito repellant device was recommended by a neighbor and also on Wirecutter. We had explicitly asked on the neighborhood newsletter for something that would be pet safe. Part of the description of the device is " No Spray Mosquito Repellent " . We were surprised when we got the package because it was obvious that refills would be necessary. Obviously, the phrase "No Spray" means something entirely different to us than it does to the manufacturer. The overwhelming problem and the reason we did not even try it out -- the spray contains a neurotoxin for dogs.
