Vacuum was great and worked well for a month. Then it would not turn on at all. I tried charging it overnight and still nothing at all. I always took great care of it, cleaning it out after every use. Now I'm a couple weeks past my return date so I'm out $45 and no vacuum. I read some good and bad reviews before purchasing the vacuum and was optimistic about it, being a good name brand, but after this I will not buy another Bissell. Disappointed to say the least. Update.. contacted Bissell and they did send me a new one. Fingers crossed
