This is the second time I purchased this same air mattress. Was so in love with the first one! Extremely comfortable, easy to inflate/deflate/clean, carrying bag makes everything beyond convenient and fantastic value for the money. Durable, too! Slept on it I'd say close to 40 times and never had an issue. Unfortunately, I blew it up to clean it off one day and a rogue Golden Retriever attacked it, sigh. Had no druthers about purchasing another one, and was actually excited when it arrived in late May. After inflating to make sure everything worked properly, I packed it away for a trip north ... and woke up in the middle of the night to a half-deflated air mattress. BUMMED, but thought maybe it was just the rubber stretching. Filled it the next morning, and woke up that night on the ground. Took pics (attached) and emailed the company the next morning... heard nothing. Waited a week, emailed again... nothing. Have tried time and again to find the leak but it's so small that nothing short of submerging it would help, and with the electric air pump that's not a possibility. I've emailed 3 more times - with increasing crabbiness, mind you - and heard nada. I'm so very disappointed in the company because I absolutely loved the first one (so did my dog... the jerk) and have reason to believe that my second mattress must just have had a manufacturer default. I need another air mattress badly and this was by far the best of the ones I've owned, but I can't in good faith give any more money to a company who doesn't even have the decency to respond to an email about a defective product.
