For the price, Bose has gone backward in design and features. Bluetooth connection problems. Cannot put earbuds in paring mode without the case. Case is too big to carry around (for a man). Sound quality no better than the aging SoundSport model for $129. They are comfortable and feel secure in the ears. Noise cancellation is great. Revised 11-28-20: I bought another pair after returning the first ones and thought I would try to use them again, even after knowing the functionality of them is garbage. Died in three weeks. The case quit communicating with the earbuds, rendering them useless. Cannot pair without the case. I will not be fooled for a third time. I guess Covid-19 got the best of Bose. It shows in their product - not ready for prime time.
