I have been using your pads for about a year now and have loved them. I have noticed in this last two orders the quality of the pad has gone down significantly and I am extremely disappointed. The pads are ripping leaving large white holes, and thus no longer keeping the smell away. You cheapened the product and reduced the amount of product yet are still charging a premium amount, only to increase your profit! I typically would just change companies because I think it insults the intelligence of your customer, however I thought in this case I would give you the benefit of the doubt and wait for a response. After writing to you, I noticed other people were having the same problem, so I decided to post this!!! This is a perfect example of a company not in it for the long haul. DISGUSTING!!!
