I LOVED this play yard...until it broke. We bought this for my baby to play in while at the beach. Our 2nd time using it there, the locking mechanism broke. I'd still give it more stars, because I know when you mass produce anything you'll get a lemon here or there, but I contacted Regalo and they didn't do anything. Literally emailed me back just to say that they "suggest trying to exchange it with Amazon." It's their product and they offer ZERO HELP! I will NOT be buying any Regalo products again.
