I want my money back. Sure its .99 cents but you have to download something else. I've downloaded free apps before trying this one, none of which had my canon model so I figured maybe with purchase I'd have one that could work but doesn't say anything till after you downloaded it that you need additional software etc....I stillnam not able to print
