Recommend AGAINST buying this laminator
Bought this laminator for light office use in August. It stopped heating up in December. I tried to get a replacement. They cancelled my replacement request because I bought the Protection Plan. When I looked up instructions for that, it said that I bought a Computer/Laptop. To summarize, I received a defective product, spend extra money on a worthless Protection Plan, and I have no way of talking to a live person to straighten this out. I recommend AGAINST buying this product.
