Deflated - the item and myself
I'm not sure it's fair to give it a one-star review for this, but the item arrived deflated, which isn't uncommon according to the reviews. However, I was also unable to inflate mine using three different pumps. Additionally, it arrived looking like it was used or damaged. There was an indentation on it that wouldn't have been caused by shipping.
