I received this as a gift and absolutely loved it! It works great, fast, doesn't take up much space on my counter, etc. BUT, I have owned 3 of these in the last 18 months because they simply quit working. I loved them so much that I replaced them with another, but I will not do so again. All will be fine, and then one time I turn it on, and it doesn't work. The motor runs, the water gets hot, but no water gets from the reservoir to the K-cup. I've tried cleaning solutions, I've tried taking it apart and clearing the tubes by blowing on them, I've tried everything. I've looked at owner questions, reviews, etc. Like I said, I really love the way it works - but I'm not into continuing to purchase a machine that doesn't last and has no method for fixing it.
