I attempted to grind partially frozen (as recommended), quarter-inch cubes of pork. This machine slipped all over the place with it's useless suction pad, and simply mushed the meat instead of grinding it. The little bit that did come out was laden with metal slivers from the cheap grinding parts. Maybe its good for grinding something (I don't know what), but if you want to grind meat for sausage, don't waste your money.
