This is a very nice-looking steam mop, easy to assemble, everything functioned nicely. There was just one problem -- it doesn't clean! I plugged it in, it heated up, it produced steam, mop head was hot, traces of dampness were on the floor, I know it was "working." But the floor wasn't cleaned. At all. After doing an entire large and very dirty tile floored living room, the mop head had just a very small amount of dirt on it. I ran it several times pushing down on it hard over several little spots (think drips from a coffee cup, about that size and about that easy to clean up with a wet paper towel). The spots stayed there. I have good arm strength and I was pushing down hard and using a back and forth motion as instructed. When I wiped the floor with a paper towel after mopping, the paper towel came up black! I cannot believe that this thing works for some people. My boyfriend said we should have bought a more expensive one and he was right. This thing is a cheap piece of garbage.
