I have had this since the end of February 2017 and it constantly freezes, the tray won't open or close, the device doesn't shut off and the apps will play one day but not the next. This was a waste of my money and I won't be buying another Sony player. My friend bought the same model a few months before me and his did the same thing mine just started doing.What a waste. I have been a loyal Sony fan, but not anymore. Thanks for nothing, Sony.
