This is misleading
I'm a mathematics professor, with over 40 years experience. This book is a joke. The very superficial overview that this purports to provide is not what students have trouble with in calculus. They "get" the slope of a curve and the area under a curve. What they have trouble with is justifying their solution process, algebra, facility with transcendental functions and step-by-step solution methods. None of that is in this book. I had actually hoped that there might be something here that would help my students deal with the adjustment to college pace and expectations. That is not the case. Even at $2.99, it is not worth it. Of course, $200+ for a textbook is not worth it, either.
