Not sure how I can add more to the title. This is "stainless steel", but apparently very low grade stainless steel. To be fair, since this product is meant to be in contact with water almost all the time, you would need pretty high quality stainless steel for it to remain rust-free in any useful sense (my soap keeps getting brown spots from the rust on it, and I have to scrape them off). So why are they even making these things out of metal??? They should watch The Graduate. I am amazed that the manager of the company that makes this (apparently) did not try it at home for a while. There is no way that anyone could fail to notice the intolerable rust buildup on this product after using it for a few weeks. And if they do know that their product is terrible, how can they sleep at night as they continue to manufacture it?
