Do not buy it.
I bought it because I thought it might be a good substitute for eggs. I didn't look at the ingredients until my stomach started to hurt. And its disgusting how can they add Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate it has zero nutritional benefits and it is used to remove rust from metals so go figure what it will do your insides. Very disappointed.
