I hate this thing. Ohhhh boy do I hate this vacuum. Like, HATE it. Can't wait to get rid of it. Worst purchase I ever made. I used to love vacuuming, it used to be my favorite chore. Now I dread it because of this infernal machine. Here are the issues that make anything involving this awful vacuum my most hated chore: - While admittedly the suction power on it gets the job done, the suction hose frequently falls out so you often need to stop and plug it back in, then re-vacuum the area. - There's no light on it, so vacuuming in any dimly lit spot is sort of just a "cross your fingers" situation that you're picking everything up. -It's very unwieldy, and maneuvers very poorly in corners and around furniture. - It's too big to fit under beds and other furniture. To clean under unmovable furniture, you need to attach a detail accessory to the manual hose. You will then need to lay on the floor trying to use any of the insufficient accessories to try to grab dust . The hose is high enough that when you are on the floor, the vacuum will continually fall over on top of you. This will definitely pull out the suction hose. - It's just heavy enough it makes picking it up for stairs/when it falls on you very annoying. - Cleaning the drum is a messy affairs that always ends up with me needing to reach in and fight to get remaining dirt out. This vacuum is really only suited to someone looking to clean up a completely open and flat expanse, without corners or furniture, which is extremely well lit. If your house has corners, or furniture, or any tight spaces this vacuum is a cursed waste of money.
