Technically these did what they were supposed to do. They shifted my weight in the shoe more toward the heel, which relieved pressure from the ball of my foot and my toes. However, the insoles are SO HARD, I had pain in the arch area of my foot for several days after wearing them, and they came loose from the inside of the boots I put them in after one wearing (and you cannot re-stick them). Don't waste your money.
