False Advertising!!!!! Their ad states "Coverage includes free replacement AFTER manufacturer's warranty expires"! The product I purchased has a 5 year warranty and the only reason I purchased the "EXTENDED" warranty was because the statement above lead me too believe the warranty kicks in AFTER the manufacturer's warranty expires. IT DOES NOT it starts from the day they email you, even if you haven't gotten the product yet. I hope I can get my money back!
