The kit looked nice on amazon. When I recieved it in the mail it all setup and looked very nice. After using it for a few weeks I had fantastic growth and every thing was going according to plan. Then I came home one day and two of my girls were drooping badly. I thought it was over watered at first but after doing hours of research I came to the conclusion it was root rot. Why? Well apparently the recommended air pump size is roughly 1w per gallon. Saying that we fill each bucket to 4 gallons we would need a 16-20 watt air pump. This kit includes a 6.5w pump. Not going to cut it! I lost two seedlings and another is battling with pythium at the moment. So in conclusion while this kit gets a lot of things right, it gets the air pump VERY wrong. I replaced it with a 18w commercial pump. This thing put out way more bubbles and in turn the dissolved oxygen will go up, I won't drown my girls and root rot will have a MUCH harder time thriving in the new environment.
