I had to order three devices. 1) the first unit arrived after unboxing the cord was crushed due to the way it was packaged filed for a return and exchange got another replacement. 2) the second unit arrived and the door was bent and would not close properly it had to have been damaged in assembly and packaging. Returned for refund. 3) I ordered a third unit after returning the first two and this unit seemed promising we unboxed had everything out did the recommended pre use heating, and while the oven was running with the light on inside we noticed there were shiny little flex inside the unit scattered all over. After shutting the unit down and letting it cool and examining the little flex closer thet appear to be little pieces of fiberglass and I can only assume that when the fan activated on the back there's some type of fiberglass insulation and it was not constructed properly and it fill the whole unit full fiberglass flex. The fiberglass got blown on the elements the side walls the bottom tray and even in behind the door seals.had I not been paying attention and we put the pizzas in the oven and cook them we would have been possibly eating pieces of fiberglass that would have been blown onto the food. not sure what's going on with this or why this would have fiberglass inside the unit but definitely will not be ordering this unit again and will be switching to something different and will be contacting the manufacturer. PLEASE BEWARE. SEE THE PICTURES. In the pictures you can see stuff stuck to the unit. That stuff you can see is the fiberglass that apparently blew out from the fan.
